I placed an order through the app, and arrived 3 minutes before the designated time. I stood directly under the large orders to go sign, from where I could see that my order was ready. There were no fewer than 5 employees working, 3 of whom looked directly at me and proceeded to completely ignore me. There were 3 people in line to order, so I guess it was relatively busy, but I would have been more than happy with a "be right with you" . One employee actually looked at me 3 separate times, and still didn't acknowledge me. I finally asked if I was standing in the right place for order pickup, and she handed me my (now cold) sibs. No "sorry for the wait", no "thank you", just went back to what she was doing. Aside from being cold, which I easily fixed once home, the food was delicious. Service...

I ordered 2 md steak & chz sandwiches with no onions, no peppers, no mayo, no mustard on one; no mayo, no mustard, add gen peppers, olives to the other. When we got the order both sandwiches were wrong. Neither had cheese both had onion & pepper. One with the olives. Both sandwiches were soggy on top, hard on bottom. When I called to talk to a manager, he was very rude about the whole situation. Said I could get a refund from uber. That’s fine, I will. But I ordered so my very sick child could eat. 3 stars because one person actually helped me. Otherwise the customer service tonight was sorely lacking. I would never had let anyone walk out without what they paid for. I dont usually eat out, maybe once a month, and it was my son's online order. I was in town so I picked it up. When I went back 15 minutes before closing, to get the sodas and chips, no one offered to help. I carried out the soda and said I would come back in to get the bag of chips. One really nice girl brought my chips out for me, asked if everything was okay, and told me to drive safe. She is the only reason I gave even 3 stars.
