Worst customer service I've ever experienced in my whole 23 years. Walked in with my partner, had a coupon 15$ for 2 large whopper meals and a gift card with 15$ limit. Waited about 5 minutes just to find someone to take our order. Finally a guy came up and everyone came out of the back room acting like they were doing their job. He took our simple order, we then gave him the coupon and tried paying with my gift card and the rest limit on my partners debit card. We tried many times swiping the gift card it kept decking when I had just checked limit right before walking in. He just didn't care for his job at this point or well at any point. We told him we're not to sure what's going on we have a balance of 15$ on it. He kept telling us " idk just keep swiping it". At this point we were fed up with the his carelessness. We tried paying using the debit and he looked over and said " oh you gave up on that." Our food was already out by the time we walked away from paying knowing it was not fresh it was cold. Both locations need work I don't like having to drive up past the window to wait for my order because they're trying to keep a quota of how long it takes to prepare order I just left the one by the Walmart and they're out of drinks they only had the teas and lemonades left where they charge you a surcharge I simply asked do you charge the surcharge because you don't have the fountain drinks they took away the surcharge but jam-packed my cup full of ice with just a few sips of the lemonade in the cup which is ridiculous. It doesn't matter if a location is rural or City in order for it to offer customer service or efficiency it's going to take the development of the future businesses to come in order for them to get their act together and they start losing money. You can tell a good manager or business owner by the employees morale and good customer service.
