This is my go-to when I'm in Marianna, visiting with my sweet mother, Lydia Padgett! I live in Pensacola, but I love the people at this store! Neil, Ashley, everyone! are absolutely stellar when it comes to their level of knowledge about each product they have about EVERYthing! It impressed me & I'm not a noobie by far! Great quality flower, concentrates, edibles, and even ratio CBD's that are incredibly helpful with my seizures! Don't let me forget to mention that Truelieve has an epic Rewards Program. Only dislike is the amount of plastics & paper that aren't able to be recycled and reused or something, but it's overwhelming throwing away 6 or more eighth containers and seeing how it adds up is so disheartening.. usally Friendly employees , helpful... Fast service.. Clean & fast... I have to take my review back today got most unfriendly!! Needed an attitude adjustment... not friendly!! Or helpful... I hate say anything but today's visit I will. Order online from panama city beach from this point on.. She actually ask cause she was so unhelpful!! When I actually saved alittle I ask her. Get me more of an selection.. she had a horrible attitude like .. she didn't need to be up front 😒 I'm a friendly person & treat other with respect.. when beach store 😍 treats me friendly & answer questions & are helpful...no it wasn't me with the attitude it was girl not respectful to...

The customer service was abysmal—staff are very rude. The manager was especially unprofessional, dismissing my concerns without any attempt at resolution.

To make matters worse, I was fed blatant lies about the competitor across the street. Trulieve staff claimed competitor sells defective/empty product to customers with no choice to return product, but having shopped there myself, I know their products are of significantly better quality. It’s disappointing to see a business resort to dishonesty instead of improving their own offerings and service.
