This paper has always been free, and somehow that still feels overpriced. People skim it, realize it’s the same tired bias and lazy writing, and toss it faster than a grocery store flyer. The editor? A walking disaster. Anytime there’s a big story, he jumps in like a hyper kid at recess, bouncing from one thought to the next with no structure, no sources, and no substance. It’s all opinion, all one-sided, and always trying to sound important without saying anything at all.

I submitted a respectful comment on one of his articles? They cut it down to a single harmless sentence, making it look like I agreed with him. Total manipulation. No transparency. InMaricopa is an extremely unprofessional local news propaganda outlet completely devoid of any journalistic integrity. The owners of the publication are closely involved with local city government, and flagrantly abuse this media platform to further their own political agendas and promote their personal narratives. They will often censor my comments on their articles when their lack of integrity and professionalism is called out, and have recently devolved to such childish behavior as modifying my submitted comments to change a negative sentiment into a positive one before publishing it. I am leaving this 1-star review on Google exactly because they will be unable to unpublish or modify my negative opinions...
