My mom and I had planned on switching all 3 lines on our account over to the metro service and getting the new phones. My sister died the 19th and we didn't have the money to spend to pay a lot of money for the phones. This kid that was working in there seemed really nice he told us the total for the free phones was $291.49 for the first month of service $130) plus the free phones and then $60 for the 3 sim card kits. I wasn't really thinking when we paid it and I'm not very good at math. But this kid literally ripped us off he charged us more money then we paid to metro he stole our money and I'm now reporting it and going back to the store. They gave me completely wrong information for international service which resulted in my daughter not being able to receive or make calls to theUS from S. Korea.
