Less then one star went on the grand opening day the 11th of January and my birthday is the 10th because they opened one day after my birthday they wouldn't give me no deals or preroll or nothing they told me id have to wait till my next birthday but i was told after my next birthday id have 30 days after my birthday to receive my deal so why not 30 day after this birthday and multiple times afterwards have not been thrilled only one good experience out of 10 now and i think this will be my last since this time i went they had nothing i was trying to get and was pushed to buy anything more expensive and nothing i wanted was available so it was down to either this or nothing so i daid nevermind left and went to PONDEROSA in Chandler cuz they treat me way better or almost any other dispensary trulieve is monopolizing the industry and there the worst company ever including all there subsidiary companies as well there for the dollar ss that is all we are to them they care less about any of us its all a fake facadeand ive never been against a dispensary more there also raising prices to make up for there loss in Florida if you dont know research trulieve and there investments to get it legalized in Florida so im finding this company to be more against the people and for profit then for the people and all peoples betterment cuz profit isnt bad if you truly help people but if your just greedy and taking advantage of then its a poor reflection of your business model so no i suggest drive the extra 45 mins to casa grande or Chandler cuz this was rhe worst dispensary to come to Maricopa i would have been happier waiting for a better option cuz there being strong holders over the industry and aren't even going...

I've been in there 4 or 5 times now. Only because of the employees being nice. All I know is that the past 3 times I went in I've recieved flower they were all dates from ◇MID 2024 and onward, multiple different products each time? That is wild. Over 12 Months Old!◇ I just got my medical card and figured I'd see what they had for medical grade edibles. Which turned out to be the 1 of about 2 edibles that were brought out but alright I wasn't bothered it's whatever. I had some issues with the website and tried to call a couple of times over the course of an hour. Went in because I thought it was busy Nobody helped me when I asked about the website issues I was having but it was a long day so I didn't mind. I got to the counter in about 5 minutes and that is only because of putting in my information so it was fast. The guy at the counter was super chill. That is the only time there were no issues with the product dates. Every other time the bud has all been from old dates and numerous other issues and I keep saying "It is alright, it's been a long day". It's like an abusive relationship and I've only been in it for about 4 days.

I will go to another place for now on, unfortunately. I would've preferred the one that was in a reasonable distance when it comes to preference.

I gave 2 stars because the employees were super nice. But old bud every time? I still have packaging and have been looking at the other dates. This was me just trying to limit the amount of typing but there is so much more...

As a first time customer I was disappointed. They did not sign me up for the points program so when I went in the second time they had to re register me. Then all of the staff in the back are very rude and not too friendly. They have a whole bunch of elderly in there and they are not that tech savvy so working their system is hard and time consuming. This place makes the whole weed buying experience an actual nightmare. When trying to correct the staff the lady just gets an attitude even though she is clearly in the wrong. The second time I went in she looked me right in my face and told me I’m not registered, she didn’t include an apology or anything. And this was after waiting 30 minutes in the store when it was only 4 people ahead of me. Honestly I would not waste time purchasing from here. I’d rather take the drive into Chandler or Tempe. You get better quality weed and the people are actually pleasant.you know this place is bad when people rather go to the smoke shop and buy the-a just to not have to deal with the hassle and rudeness of the people at the dispensary.
