Chris is without a shadow of a doubt the BEST jeweler I have ever seen, known, or heard of. His attention to detail is unmatched, which I greatly appreciate because I am a perfectionist. He stands by his work like no other and is always glad to clean and polish anything he sells. Furthermore, his prices are extremely fair. My wife and I bought our platinum wedding rings and 14k yellow gold "beat around" bands from him and couldn't be happier. In the past he has repaired numerous pieces and always does a phenomenal job. I am running out of compliments quite frankly. A+++

I came in here to get my ring resized. I explained I needed it back the next week for engagement photos and if that wasn’t possible then I would do the photos then come back to size it. I was promised to have it back in 7 days. Well that next Saturday I go up to get my ring (even though they never called) and they couldn’t find it. Come to find out they sent it off to someone else without my permission and they were closed that day. So my out of town engagement photos were ruined. They offered to let me borrow a ring but my ring is custom and colored so nothing they have matches. They had my ring for 2.5 weeks before I get it back even though I was promised 7 days. Now a week later I notice 6 diamonds are missing off my ring that I can only assume happened under their care since it’s a brand new ring and...

They’re very kind people and I wanted to support a small business for a ring I wanted made, but I can’t get them to call me back, or help me. I went in person twice and told them what I needed and asked for a quote. That was almost a year ago. I followed up calling and texting a few times and was given different excuses. It sucks because I was recommended to them, and Chris the owner was very nice. It feels like I’m begging them to give them business at this point and it just puts a bad taste in my mouth. They helped my mom no problem, and even she reminded him I was still waiting on a quote. Very odd. I’ve never been given this kind of treatment when I’m trying to patronize...
