I have been a student at Med Tech College (Tucker) since May 2014 and it has been the WORST and I do mean the WORST 4 months of my life. I thought going to it's Sister School in 2009 (Javelin Technical College) was horrible, but JTC was like going through elementary school as a college student compared to Med Tech College. The President of the campus will NOT listen to a student without showing that No matter what the one thing is he see's NO fault in his staff or how they handle what is important for a PAYING Students education. I was first placed in the wrong classes, then I DIDN'T Receive my books for a class (That I wasn't suppose to be in) until the very last day of class and then it was a Workbook (Can't do work in a workbook without a book). Failed that class!!!! then I could NOT sign on to my Connect class because I was given codes that didn't work. I had to do All my work in a week (that included 3 exams as well as a Final Passed- Barely). Senior Check off day... I am suppose to be a Biller but I'm in a MA class so when do I do my check offs'... I Don''t know!!!!!!!!!!! This has really been a waste of time going to this school that does NOT care when you constantly tell them you are in the wrong class, that you don't have the Books you need for a class, That the code they continue to give you is NOT working. WHEN DO YOU LISTEN AND HEAR WHAT SOMEONE IS TELLING YOU.... NEVER BECAUSE REGARDLESS YOU (MEDTECH COLLEGE DOES NOT HAVE TO PAY BACK YOUR LOAN) Of course it should matter to me even more but when you go and talk with people that are suppose to be there to help and they say to you, "You missed a few days!!! REALLY!!! that has NOTHING to do with the School NOT providing you with the books and Material that they have already charged you for but you get it on the last day or last week of class. MEDTECH COLLEGE IS THE BIGGEST RIP OFF IN COLLEGE HISTORY. THEY HAVE NOT HEARD THE LAST OF THIS ISSUE... I STILL HAVE TO PAY THIS LOAN BACK AND I...

I attended this school in 2023 and graduated with my associates degree in medical assisting. The only teacher who actually taught was Mr. Mcrae. He also seems to be the only genuine person there. I was looking forward to going back to school spring of 2026. I requested my transcripts a week ago and have yet to receive them. I contact the school and asked for an update. I was told my transcripts were sent to the university of Phoenix, I’m currently a resident in North Carolina. Also want to add I paid $310 for them to be sent because I owe “fees”. I informed them I didn’t not apply for my transcripts to be sent to Arizona and was told there was some kind of mix up due to my last name change. Before my graduation I got married and showed proof of last name change and they have yet to fix it. I was informed they were sent to the correct address. In each email I have asked multiple times if I can access the transcripts online or view them. My questions were never answered. I was only told that I can’t track them. Mind you I applied for my high school transcripts 2 days ago and I was able to see them online and track them with same shipping company USPS. Today is the day I’m suppose to be signing up for classes and unfortunately I can’t. Everyone knows when it comes to signing up for classes you have limited time due to them being full quickly. Unfortunately due to me not having my transcripts within the 3-5 days I was told I will have to wait almost a whole year to take the appropriate classes which will put me behind. Trying to get thru my last 7 months at this joke of a school since I’ve already spent so much time and money with them and most of my credits will not transfer rendering them useless.... they treat it like it’s high school yet no respect given from teachers or administration to students. They mAke the biggest deal out of the smallest things yet do not help with the Major things it is ABSURD and a waste of everyone’s time and MONEY. multiple staff are the issue and multiple students (and fellow teachers) complainiabout the staff and how this place in run.? But no one fixes anything. It’s a JOKE and they do not care to help you succeed. I got dragged to the office like a middle schooler today for checking my phone after I turned a quiz in. The administrator threatens to expell me when this is the first instance? As an adult I can check my cell phone without being threatened to be kicked out of a class? That I have already paid ??
