The customer service was AWFUL at this place. The female manager is so rude I've never experienced anything like this in my life. To start, I was VERY kind to my waitress she is new and had no knowledge of the menu and even brought me a salad with pork as I do not eat pork and I didn't make it a big deal and just picked it off. I try my best to never complain and when I go somewhere never ask for too much and tip well. I was packing my food to go and had a huge piece of plastic mixed in my salad. I informed the waitress (she visibly seen it ). Instead of taking it to the manager she took it to the chef whom threw it out BEFORE the manager seen it. The manager came over immediately hostile before she even seen it. We had a conversation and she's like we dont use plastic here like I pulled it out my purse. It was the size of like a candy sucker wraper to give imagery. She went to the kitchen after she talked to the chef and said he threw out...well of course. She kept asking me repeatedly "well what do you want , what do you expect ?" Just RUDE. She comped $2 off my tab stating I ate some of my salad so thats what it is. Like what ?!?!? I didnt even receive an apology. Could you imagine paying for a $25 turkey burger plus they add 18% service charge to be treated poorly by management.This area already doesn't have a lot of black owned business, don't be the stereotype. The décor inside is very nice, and the food tastes really good—well-seasoned and flavorful—but the overall experience doesn’t match the high prices. If you’re charging $24 for two tacos or $20 for cocktails, the plating, staff attire, and service details should feel more elevated. That means staff attire should reflect more sophisticated standards (button-up shirts or etc., not just all-black casual wear). The flowers should be real, not fake. In addition, lemons should come on a plate—not a napkin—and tacos shouldn’t just sit on a bed of lettuce. These details matter. During the day, the bass level in the music is too heavy. The ambiance should feel vibrant, but not overwhelming or distracting while dining. Overall, I’d give it a 3 out of 5—great potential, but the service, presentation, and ambiance need to rise to the price point. If they do that, they’ll really be rocking...

Timeless Kitchen and Cocktails truly exceeded my expectations! After another restaurant mishandled our reservation, Timeless stepped in and accommodated our large party last minute with ease and professionalism. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and taken care of.

The restaurant is absolutely beautiful, the servers were attentive and kind, and the entire team went above and beyond to ensure my husband’s 40th birthday dinner was a success. What could have been a disaster turned into an unforgettable evening thanks to their outstanding hospitality.
