This was an overwhelming experience considering I come from the "old school". Staff was knowledgeable and was able to share practical experience on the use of many of the products as I was not familiar with an array of methods that one can choose for consumption. There was great patience taken with me as I was deciding what I wanted to do. The security and front staff were friendly and personable in addition to the tenders that were working behind the counter. The layout of the shop is clean and organized.
