T-Mobile Authorized Retailer — Local services in Marina

I would give this store 0 stars if that was an option. I needed a phone so I went and traded in a phone. After the transaction was complete... 10 min later I decided I wanted to just void the transaction. This is where things went very shady. The manager says they can void the transaction but the phone I gave for trade in was no longer returnable. Issue I have with this is there is no language anywhere in the contract that says this. Also the sales associate who did the transaction never verbally communicated this to me anytime during the transaction . How is this legal?

This store doesn't care about customers and I just want to warn people to just be aware! I also found out this a third party reseller for TMobile. They are really bashing the TMobile brand and should be looked into by TMobile. If you need anything go to an actual TMobile Retail store. In the past two days both times I visited the store associated were rude, dismissive, and had no respect what so ever. The first day I was there one of the associates was speaking to another employee about how they only help and serve those who pay extra (leave a tip), if they don't pay they don't get served. Which is crazy. And mind you as a customer I was hearing all of this. The second time I went in I was given a choice to wait or come back later. I chose to wait thinking they may be helping an additional customer, they weren't. The associate was purchasing something for themselves and refused to help for over 15 minutes. I have had numerous issues due to this site and the manager hired at the time. The new manager is never available to address the issues he is supposed to be around to solve. This...

♥️ Melissa and Katy are the best♥️🦄. I came in with issues. Melissa and Katy both greated me once I walked in and assured me that they will be right with me. Melissa was helping customers on the phone and in person, greeting customers and even provided support to her fellow employees. Once it was my turn, Melissa did everything in her power to help me and taught me a few cool things as well. I ended up having to come back on the same day and purchase something. I was again greeted as soon as I walked in and this time Katy helped me. She was just as helpful as Melissa and also taught me a few things!
