One star because I have to to comment. Comments NOT made about the actual store. Just their horrible, useless pharmacy) GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE!!!! (Social media for Walgreens, please do not offer me an empty apology without showing me the problem is fixed)

I used to go to this pharmacy for their top notch service. I travel quite a way to come to this pharmacy because of their service. Lately service has been so unprofessional to the point of being inhumane. First they have changed their hours Monday-Friday 9-6. Which means that those who Work a 9- 5 for a living have to wait in horrible lines in hopes to get their meds before they close. People can no longer go on the weekends when they had more time or even after 6 after the lines go down a bit. I have medications that I cannot get until the day I run out. They tell me on the day I run out that I need refills. I panic once a month when I need to do refills at this place. I should not feel this anxiety. They say they call my doctor immediately but don’t. I’ve had to call and beg my doctor to be as fast as possible even though they have a 48 hr refill policy. I barely made their new hours picking up my medication last time. I am having a procedure Friday and my medication I need to get the day of. I won’t be able to get because of this stupid rule. So I have to go the entire weekend without my medication. This is not the first time and is sickening. People should not have to forgo their meds because of your new hours. Your new hours impact the health of the community and are ricidilous. Forget about traveling while your meds run out. Last time I went to pick up a medication the girl gave me 9 Tylenol pills and wanted to charge me $7.00. I could have gone to the dollar store across the street and got 10 for 1.25! I declined. Ordered it again for the 90 she should have given me and now they won’t refill it. Also, they would not give me my medication with workerscomp insurance because they needed a physical address. I called the company and they said they’ve never had one and work perfectly fine with to all the other pharmacies. The lady at the insurance company called the pharmacy for me because they refused to call and find out. They would not listen to me. After my procedure and my workers comp case I’m leaving this pharmacy and will be very vocal in the community about why. This new turn over of...

I called at 9am on a Friday morning to see if they could get a prescription from another pharmacy that we went to out of state. I needed medication for my daughter, we are not from the area and Walgreens had it in stock. At 9 am they said they were going to try pulling the prescription from the other pharmacy and that they would call me back. At 4pm after not hearing anything I called to follow up, only to discover they had apparently closed early. I had to lower the dosage for my daughter to make it through the weekend.

Knowing I wouldn’t have enough and not knowing if they successfully pulled the prescription from the other pharmacy, I called CVS (since they are open on weekends) and spoke with them multiple times trying to get the situation resolved. After many phone calls we discovered that Walgreens had indeed pulled the prescription making it impossible to get it filled anywhere else.

So not only did they fill the prescription, but they did not call me to inform me, and then closed early for the weekend making it impossible for me to get the prescription until Monday. Come Monday, they did not call me or contact me in any way, I had to call them to find out if the prescription had been filled.

They also did not put a spill proof lid on the prescription (CVS did) so of course it inevitably spilled. Will not be using a Walgreens...

One star is generous. The store might be good but this pharmacy has to be the worst pharmacy in the world. They rarely have enough of a med to fill an entire script. They are slow and makes excuses for everything that they do wrong.

Avoid this specific pharmacy location at all costs.

I want to add some context to my review. I unfortunately still had to return to this pharmacy to pick up the final medication that I will have filled at this location. After failing to order my child's medication when the doctor submitted it, you failed to order and receive the correct amount. No excuses since the pharmacy knew the amount to order and didn't order it and/or make sure that the supplier shipped the correct amount.

After a very angry exchange with the pharmacist that tried to talk over me and tell me that he was new so he didn't know why all the problems had happened, I told him to just fill what he could and I would forfeit the rest. I will never recommend anyone return to this pharmacy.

Absolutely now ownership for their failures and no genuine...
