Well I can hardly walk so I call them and ask them about a lift chair he sold me one but it started making noise going up and down so I called them well we couldn't get together on a time for them to pick it up so finally today they fixed it we'll see how it goes otherwise had very good experience and the lady I talked to that fix my chair should be the best employee of the month because she's the only one that really helped me I'm happy now I will see how it goes in a week well they had tofix it one more time it was working good for about a month now it's starting all over again I don't know what to do I think they better fix it you better call me they have my number it better be soon like it a couple days well I guess nobody's going to call its time to...

I am shopping for a new sofa or a love seat, not in gray. Upon entering this store I was approached by a salesman, told him what I wanted. It basically went in one ear and out the other. He never greeted me, never asked my name, never told me his. With a booming voice, he said "That's all they send us, take a look. We don't have a choice!" He repeated this a few times. I asked if I could order one in a color of my choosing, was told it takes 6 weeks. I personally don't mind a 6 week wait, but his loud voice almost sounded angry. And his repetition of "That's all they send us!" was a bit much. I left. Whatever happened to good...

Bought a mattress that I thought was well made. I was wrong. A sag developed and I sleep bent and causes pain. I regularly flip and rotate so that isn't the issue. A sag is in all 4 areas; top and bottom and flipped. I have a long sturdy support underneath the boxspring. I was told I needed to rotate the mattress sideways. Ya. I am not tall and still hang off. But just laying on it sideways u feel the sag. I was told I need to sleep in a different part of the mattress. I bought a new boxspring when I got a mattress and was told they don't have a record of that. Lots of excuses and I still have years on the so called warranty....
