I am absolutely thrilled with the customer service I received! I live in Texas and called Iowa Popcorn Company to place an order to be delivered to a friend of mine who resides in Marion, IA, as he was celebrating his birthday. I want to start off by saying how much I love this place and the ice cream! I come here very frequently, every time the ice cream has been freshly scooped out right in front of you and into the dish/cone or whatever. However tonight was a little different. I came in to get two pints and was handed the already pre packaged ice cream out of the togo freezer. Normally I wouldn’t mind, but that why I come here verse Dairy Queen.
