I will begin by saying if I could give a review of -5 Stars I would. I don't know who is buying into the hype, or being paid off or what, too put these reviews up here, all I know is our expierience has been not pleasent in the least... We started out with wanting too put some money into our old refrigerator too keep it going another year or so, as another appliance which we should have went ahead & done looking back on this whole ordeal.. Now prior too everything being delivered, we gave measurement's, the whole 9 yards for hook-ups an all. Well on the first set of appliances our refrigerator & oven, everything was fine until it was time too hook up the ice-maker kit. Somehow during the moving our old ice-maker kit came undone an broke but I had purchased a new one just in case well this young kid I belive Bryan is his name who I also think is no longer with them, told me that type can't be used, then he stated I can't do it because I don't feel comfartable doing things like plumbing, electrical, gas an such.... We're his exact words!!!! I thought for a minute well sir you are in the wrong line of work then... The next set we recieved was our washer & dryer, now this was where our fun began. The one competent repair technician that actually knew what he was doing that came out had it fixed our dryer that is with the parts, after he looked at it about a week later. It only took him around 30 minutes too get our dryer repaired.. Around a month later the dryer went out again-- This is when we started dealing with a complete different tech named Bryan. Now he diagnosed the dryer as having a bad igniter. The day he came to repair it, I specifically watched him put back in the old igniter, he even argued with me about it at one point an spent another 45 minutes in our basement trying too diagnose what could be wrong.... It was so frustrating I went too the point I ordered the part of which he put the bad one back in, the old igniter I ordered a brand new one, then the day it comes in I learn Oasis is on the way with a replacement dryer -- I come back home from about 3 blocks away just as they are pulling up & when they unload the replacement dryer off the truck, the one guy say OH HOLD UP! This is electric, we we're supposed too bring a gas dryer.. So 6 hours or so later they showed back up with a replacement.... I could not even really begin too tell or explain how much the "repair tech" Bryan has screwed up in our residence. From the fridge - stove - washer - dryer it has been one big headache with Oasis. It will also be an expeirience never too soon to forget!! I recommend anyone that is looking for an appliance for the love of God & all that is holy stay & stear far clear from...

If I could give this place a negative rating I would. The sales staff was pleasant and very helpful, this review does not reflect the service we received buying our appliances. My husband and I plus my dad, daughter, and son-n-law all bought refrigerators from here in January. We all opted for delivery. My delivery experience as well as my dad’s experience went fine. We thought it went fine for my children as well until they received a letter from an attorney stating one of the delivery personnel slipped and fell on ice at my daughter’s residence and now they want the home insurance to compensate for the worker’s loss of wages and medical bills. Mind you this is 6 months after the delivery! Nothing was ever communicated to my children that an accident occurred. My children have cameras all around the house and there is no video evidence of a fall. Plus my daughter was home at the time and had made sure the back deck was clear of snow and ice. If this is how you treat your customers I assure you we will not be buying any more appliances from Oasis Home Center. Shame on you for trying to capitalize from a bogus...

Was referred here by bosch to repair a dishwasher as an authorized repair shop. After the first 2 repair attempts it became increasingly evident that the tech had no idea how to fix this thing. After the 3rd or 4th attempt, they left saying it was fixed but to call immediately if the error code happened again. It did within 1 hour, I called it in and was told it was "being escalated to our support manager" and they'd call back same day... that was 6 weeks ago and they ghosted me.
