7 Brew Coffee — Restaurant in Marion

I gave them a try the other morning after leaving the gym and WOW, the vibe from their crew absolutely set my day off in the right direction! Super high energy, excited to see the customers pulling up, explaining what they do, all smiling and having a good time. I don't know how this is possible, but my wheels legit never stopped rolling from the time I pulled up to the time my coffee was in my hand. They take your order like Chick-Fil-A (walking by your car with you). She gave me a few recommendations, I picked one, tapped my phone to pay, we were still slowly rolling forward and a few seconds later another teammate came up and handed me a drink, then yet another teammate came around the corner and yelled "YOU SIR, ARE GOING TO HAVE A GREAT DAY TODAY!". Some people might read this and think "Oh lord I'd hate that/thats too much". Well folks, you can go right down the road to starbucks, spend more money, not even get acknowledged, and get the same drink you always order but never comes out the same. America needs more businesses who haven't forgotten that the customer is why they exist and set the standard of high customer service, and more than anything we need customers who give the friendly energy back in return when it's received. I’ll start by saying that the workers need to start paying attention to what drinks they are making! I love the fact that they have sugar free options. But this is the 3rd time this happened. I’ve came through there to get a Blue Razz & Coconut fizz all SUGAR FREE, bc I am diabetic. Every time I come in and order I was ask multiple times even when they hand it to me that it is for sure 100% sugar free! And they say yes! When I leave and I start drinking it my sugar spikes up to the 500s. Which it should do that for the fact that it’s supposed to be SUGAR FREE!!!!!!! When I mentioned it to the lady she basically ignored the fact and when another worker approached with my drink I asked that it was sugar free, she said yes and then explained the situation. She informed that she was 100% sure is was!!! I am frequently at this location and have always loved it. I had went through on 8/12 around 9:20pm and received horrible service. The girl who took my order was obviously very annoyed that I was there (along with 2-3 other cars). While ordering my coffee, she made it very known that she was aggravated by aggressively tapping the screen and cut me off and immediately told me my total whenever I clearly had a passenger in my car who was leaning over me and getting ready to order her drink.
