Jiffy Lube — Local services in Marksville

I brought my car in, no appointment, it was taken right away. Matthew explained the services available to me, in detail, regarding differences in the oil changes and what my options were. The staff at the Marksville, Louisiana "store" were amazing this afternoon! I will be continuing my business with Jiffy Lube from this day forward!! To the wonderful staff of jiffy lube; Matthew, Jeremiah & Mario - THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH FOR HELPING ME AND MY SON TODAY.. TO MATTHEW - YOU HELPED US BEYOND MEASURE & YOU HAVE JUST GAINED CUSTOMERS FOR LIFE. I WISH I COULD GIVE YOU 10 STARS INSTEAD OF 5.. YOU WERE DEFINITELY MY ANGEL TODAY, YOUNG MAN.. My brother came with me to tell the staff what had to be done, and they understood, and started right away to do the work. They showed me the waiting area and when they were done, they escorted me to my vehicle. I'm glad they could help me, but I was most impressed that all the young men working there were just that, they were young men. That's very rare these days to find so many young men working, and they seem to be enjoying their job. I didn't see any slackers this morning. GREAT JOB GUYS. I will be back for other needed services on my truck....

The service here is outstanding. Matthew was very polite and patient with me when it came to explaing the differences between the oils, he seemed happy to help me out. Jeremiah wasn't even in charge of my vehicle and he still stopped by tell me hello and make small talk and made me feel welcome. In fact he even offered me a donut, pretty good one too.
