T-RAK’S Big Chicken and Seafood — Restaurant in Marksville

It is very hard for me to have to write a bad review on you guys but the service was poor I called in way ahead of time because I have to work just like your employees and someone on the phone said it would be 20 minutes I got their after 35 minutes and it still wasn't ready waited another 15 minutes and had to end up getting a refund because I couldn't wait any longer now keep in mind this was just an eight piece with a side I left straight from there I went to Popeyes and within 5 minutes I had my food no problems no issues keep in mind I'm not directing it towards the workers they had a great attitude about it it's just that I feel over an eight-piece that was ordered over 30 minutes before showing up should have well been ready to go I hope you can fix the problem and I can be a return customer...

They are not even worth one star. They never dropped my called in order which should have been an hour and after an hour and 45 minutes I realized they were not dropping my chicken in to fry. I had 5 kids to feed. Told them to give me my money back and and they had charged me $1.82 for a check,out fee initially. My total was $47.33 and they put back on my card $45.51. They kept my order slip in the same place never moving it and was taking people ahead of me that was walking out with 2 to 3 boxes of chicken. So not only did they steal from me, my kids never got to eat and they lied several times to me. After getting my partial refund, I left. We were in Marksville La. I drove to Alex La, went to Darrels for the same meal for $27. I called it in and it was ready when I got there and their chicken...

Could NOT be more disappointed, this is not my first bad experience with this place. I quit going long ago but my kids and husband insisted on it for dinner and that will never happen again. There wasn't a single thing correct with our order My husband's burger was missing the bacon , cheese and condiments ( we were charged for. My son's burger was missing the cheese we were charged for My large seafood platter was missing the oysters ( if they no longer sell them that should have been stated as it was on the menu we seen online) I would not have wasted 20 dollars on that platter. The fries and shrimo were over cooked and my daughter couldn't eat them. We spent 74 dollars on something we had to fix at home due to the lack of stuff or didn't end up eating it. Extremely...
