This subway is sub-par. It’s not hard to tell most employees here dislike this whole customer service/sandwich making routine. After going in here at least 15 times, fair to say they dislike customers and consider them a required nuisance in general. Suppose I can’t blame them, but that’s no way to run a sandwich shop. I’ve rarely if ever gotten a smile, or a thank you, or a “have a good day” at this subway, as I’ve offered them all the above every time. I hesitate to accuse them of racial profiling, but there’s a subtle undercurrent I’ve witnessed. Foreign accent = slightly more pleasant, typical American accent = basically cold and unfriendly. It’s all quite sad and a reflection of issues well beyond subway. The ingredients used are all passable, although I’m not a fan of their new take on marinara sauce. It’s pretty bad. Sandwiches are absolute bare minimum, even for subway, they skimp to the point this is a basic thin, cheap sub, not very satisfying, all bread and lettuce, and not worth the price. But Jared lost a bunch of weight…unfortunate…how he ended up. Subway should take a few cues from Jersey Mikes on all the above, especially considering this “new recently updated menu” of theirs is arguably worse than the old one. They should bump up with an extra layer of cold cuts, as an option? Call it the “Extra because I’m actually really hungry deal” or something. Read moreIf you are looking for a place where the person serving you looks like they about to end their life, go here, the girl literally looks like she hates her life, and I don’t blame her, she’s working here. but when I come in I still expect my food to be served nicely, she transmits the same ugly negative energy to the food not only making sandwiches really small and basically skimping me out of stufff like it comes off her paycheck, but also being really bad at her job, I ordered 2 subs with chicken and steak teriyaki and one of them had bacon on it, none of them had bacon, when I first opened the sandwich I wouldn’t even see the inside of it because it was so skinny the break was just hiding everything. There was barely any cheese and there was no sweet onion teriyaki like I ordered. I paid for food, but instead got a huge disappointment. Read moreThis place is always really good but decided to try doing an online order and get a the $5 footlongs, I guess I had done the ordering wrong so I went inside to question why it didn't do the deal and to make the story short by the end of the ordeal the manager ended up cancelling my order without even asking me even though I said I would pay for it (meaning it was already paid for) and all I wanted was a receipt and getting the receipt was supposedly an issue for them.
