This experience has been a blessing to my overall health. All the so called “diets” I have tried over the years could not measure up to what I am experiencing at LIFE N Motion Fitness (LNMF). The support, and results I have received from coach and my group is amazing. We encourage and help motivate each other to keep pressing on before, during and after our workouts. Coach provides us with modifications/alternatives for those who need them(like me). I struggled on the first day to keep up and didn’t think I would make it through, but I held on because I want change and results that will last. Also, I am loosing fat, gaining muscle and creating a healthy lifestyle. My coach and her gym has everything one would need to get into shape and develop a healthier way of living. The music played during our workouts are on point. She has her own clothing line, equipment such as waist trainers, bands and essential creams that help tired ache muscles. I would recommend LNMF for anyone who is serious about a lifestyle change. I am so happy to have met someone who cares about my(others)well-being. Lyfenmotion is the place you have been searching for. Motivation and support from Coach and the group training is unreal. This place has changed my LYFE. High intensity workouts without guess work. Coach is by your side teaching and guiding you the whole time. The group is there with you working hard, cheering you on and motivating you to give it you all. Don't be afraid if you feel too big or if you have some limitations you think may hold you back, everyone has to start somewhere.
