Let me say that my experience in this particular store was not completely bad, but there were just two things that made my experience somewhat disturbing. First, the store was very clean, and the food was fresh and prepared by two very professional young ladies. However, the music playing in the store was TOTALLY inappropriate. "I don't give a &$^* about you!" Not the kind of music that should be playing in a store like that. Never. Second, their was a young guy who worked there walking around in flip-flops and smoking right outside the door. He also didn't have a hat or a net on his hair. His pants were sagging and looking really unprofessional.

After placing a mobile order and sitting down to wait, I approached the counter to request that my sandwich be double-toasted. The employee responded curtly, stating that I should have added this in the notes. I explained that I had included the request and showed a screenshot from my phone as proof. At that point, the situation escalated. The employee became confrontational and ultimately asked us to leave, going as far as to fake call the police.
