Subway — Restaurant in Louisiana

Let me say that my experience in this particular store was not completely bad, but there were just two things that made my experience somewhat disturbing. First, the store was very clean, and the food was fresh and prepared by two very professional young ladies. However, the music playing in the store was TOTALLY inappropriate. "I don't give a &$^* about you!" Not the kind of music that should be playing in a store like that. Never. Second, their was a young guy who worked there walking around in flip-flops and smoking right outside the door. He also didn't have a hat or a net on his hair. His pants were sagging and looking really unprofessional.

The store would be very pleasant besides what I experienced, and I will go back in the future. However, I would like to see these things corrected when I go back for service. Thank you for the opportunity to voice my concerns, and I look forward to eating in your...

this has to be the WORST subway I have ever gone to, I ordered a regular six inch sandwich double toasted and after I got it, I went back to my car to take a bite and the bread was as hard as a rock, so I went back inside to just get it remade and the employee had the worst attitude even though I was being nice; then the 2nd one came out arms flailing talking about “because he wanted it toasted five times” and being really rude and went to the back, at this point I wasn’t gonna argue over a 8 dollar sandwich and just left without escalating the situation. I recently visited this Subway location and had a disappointing experience. After placing a mobile order and sitting down to wait, I approached the counter to request that my sandwich be double-toasted. The employee responded curtly, stating that I should have added this in the notes. I explained that I had included the request and showed a screenshot from my phone as proof. At that point, the situation escalated. The employee became confrontational and ultimately asked us to leave, going as far as to fake call the police.
