Horrible customer service bad salesmanship!! I needed a blade for my floor scraper and I called Hermans and he sounded annoyed and rude when he answered and then didn't even try to help me. He was rude and told me nope I can't help ya we don't have it then rudely slammed the phone down. I’ve been a loyal customer of Hermans for years. You would be hard pressed to find a more patriaotic, giving, hard working family in Marshall. The store is packed from top to bottom. I am still amazed at the odd ball stuff I walk in looking for and Paul walks me right to it. To the best of my knowledge this is a 3rd gen store. They are always willing to help in anyway. Herman's Hardware is your one stop shop for home repairs, hand tools, power tools(Dewalt and Milwaukee), seasonal tools, nuts, bolts, lights, batteries, gardening, lawn decor and I could go on and on but you get the point. I stop by to say hi everytime I come to Marshall because the Owner and his family are some of the most genuine people you could meet.
