I sought repairs for my Lincoln Navigator's audio system and was referred to Michael GKC Greene by a car audio group. After several discussions over two months, I paid him a substantial amount for a custom subwoofer box for my Integra Type R and for repairs to my Navigator’s electrical issues.

On July 3rd, he delivered some equipment, but the subwoofer box was incomplete. He promised to finish the work, but left abruptly due to a family emergency without resolving the issues. In the process, he disassembled my Navigator for troubleshooting but failed to reassemble it, leaving it non-drivable.

Michael represented himself as affiliated with Bryant Radio during his service, claiming to store my audio equipment there. Despite being recognized in the audio community, he did not complete the subwoofer box or return my payment of $575, which I believe amounts to a scam. Communication with him has ceased, leading me to consider legal action for the refund and damage to my Navigator. I also need the return of my tools and audio parts...

Two days later I went back and set a next morning appointment to get the same system installed in my other car. I’m 100% thrilled with the experience in every way.
