I normally go here to eat and Ive always loved it even though they get some orders wrong. I even had a very nice older employee give me some free cinnamon snacks for waiting for her to correct my order. BUT recently when I last went to this Taco Bell, there was a very rude cashier who rolled her eyes, made dumb faces at us when we said something that she didnt understand or hear correctly, and even tried to argue with my grandfather about him setting the money on the counter when SHE walked away from us while we were getting our money out. My grandfather just laughed it off, but if he hadn't, the teenager would have obviously started a scene over something so small. Then other female, teenage employees were practically yelling about how disgusting their own tea was as everyone who was eating in the restaurant could hear them. She said she was gonna dump all of the tea in the toilet because it was so bad. They should bring back the other workers. I understand everyone has their bad days, but sheesh. Read moreOrdered my food got home to find out they put lettuce on every thing I specifically marked no lettuce and because lettuce was touching everything my autistic kids wouldn’t eat it. I called to complain because this is the third time I ordered from there and they ignored my notes on my orders. When able to finally talk to someone they lady told me I was lying and she knew for a FACT she didn’t put lettuce on them and I’m like well lady I’m staring at a plate of lettuce I just scrapped off all four tacos. She then accused my of yelling and being nasty to which I did no such thing, I didn’t cuss, I didn’t say anything degrading or offensive. Update : I went back on 4/9/24 Hoping they would be better but they were worse, they double charged me for a car that had already pulled off, which overdrafted my daughters account, the girl at the window Serenity lacked remorse or empathy in regards to the situation,her manager who was equally non compassionate and neither bother to apologize for their mistakes. I had to come right back through the drive thru my order # was 421 I ordered the supreme combo meal minus lettuce, I received 3 soft tacos with cheese and meat. I called back but no one ever picked up. I understand we're human but if you make a mistake at least apologize,they behaved like I was at fault .
