07/07/24. 8:36pm OK, I love KFC. I come here at least four times a week. But tonight was really ridiculous. They were not that busy. Got there,Placed the order at 8:36. I was asked to drive down and wait for about Three minutes for my order. 32 minutes later my food finally comes out. I even had to go inside to check on it at one time. Now come on that’s enough time to cook 20 chicken sandwiches. Do not ask me to pull down anymore because I’m not going to do it, just because you guys have a time to get people through drive through. I even showed the guy when he came out the time I ordered my food and the time he brought it out 32 minutes later, he was apologetic but still they should’ve gave me half my money back.. I honestly feel like they forgot about me. Because I just don’t understand how it takes over half an hour to fix two chicken sandwiches.plus no napkins and no plastic ware to eat the 2 bowls I...

Got KFC from the Collinsville Restaurant. Haven’t had KFC in quite awhile and decided to give them a try.

We didn’t realize that KFC had changed their biscuit recipe. Instead of the salty goodness they used to be, they are now just a plain biscuit. The original recipe didn’t seem the same, and the chicken was over-cooked. Mashed Potatoes w/ Gravy was flavorless and the Mac & Cheese had a strange chemical taste to it. Coleslaw was also flat and tasteless. We were told that KFC had changed the recipes for their items in order to cater to people who wanted a healthy choice. I usually don’t go to KFC for a “Healthy Choice” but I want some good old fashioned Col. Sanders Chicken.
