Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Virginia

Came to the drive through around 7:30 and they were extremely busy, I was already anticipating that there'd be a wait since they close at 8 and there were many other people ahead of me but I was fine with that. I ordered rather quickly and was told it'd be about 15 minutes before it'd be ready but I didn't mind. However, we ended up having to wait much longer than expected and so we were given the choice to wait a while longer or receive a refund by one of their employees, and he was extremely kind and apologetic for everything. They were working extremely hard to take care of everyone and it was obvious that this was just one of those days where things are a little tougher than others. So I opted for a refund, only because I'd been at work all day and was tired and just ready to get home, and that seemed the easiest way to do that. Another employee brought my refund out, and I'm assuming he was the Manager from the way he talked. All I can say about him is that he was graciously and genuinely sorry for everything and he said he hoped we'd have a good evening despite their shortcomings on my order and then he gave us one free pizza for having to wait all that time. And let me just say, he didn't have to give us anything since we got a full refund, but the fact that he did was a life lesson for my 12 and 14 year olds sitting in my back seat. Kindness goes a long way, as does accountability, and this location has way more of both of those things than most...

Today i order a icb thats a Italian Cheesy Bread for the uninitiated and was told there was a 10min wait as they had to make them fresh this was agreeable to me as in i prefer a fresh icb but the agreed upon wait of 10min turnd to 20 then 30 as time does in it infinite progression of seconds and minutes by comparing the time on the recipe i had been presented with at the drive thu window and the time displayed on my cell phone the wait in total was all off 41min and the icb that was relinquished to me late and very apathetic like and with out a word from the drone sent from inside the establishment to my car where i waited eagerly and of course hungy the icb looked as if it had been prepared the night befor and simply reheated for the next hungry Italian cheese bread enthusiasts to come and purchase not only with the money from his wallet but with his precious time of which he can barter for no more of. In short you fuys wasted my time for you crumbling skanky...

Ordered a Pretzel Crust Pizza for the entire office for lunch. Received a regular crust pizza with pretzel salt not even around the edges, more like 2 inches down the pizza.

Obviously we ate it and picked around the problem bits because we paid for it and didn't realize the error until we picked it up and brought it over to the office and dont exactly have an alternative food option today. Crazy bread was fine. Don't have time or energy to go back and request a refund on the pizza. Overall, terribly disappointed.

Will definitely be checking the box if there's a next time, because I drove 20 minutes one way to pick up this order in the first place. Unlikely that I'll be back anytime soon.

I'd recommend for around here sticking with the local small pizzeria's moving forward like Elizabeth's, Najar's, Famous Subs, and Papa's Pizza, to name a few.

Don't waste time on gimmicky specials.

ps: one other positive was the drive-thru window employee was very kind...
