I get it, inflation has hit us all but cheating your customer is not the way to do it. You move into a new building and immediately raise your prices and so now I expect more from you and you deliver less? I stop today and get food and drink from the drive thru. I go home and my large drink is full to the rim with ice, so what I assume is a 32oz cup had only 8oz of drink. I know this because I filled it back with water and it only held 8oz of water. Multiply that times several customers and you have a huge profit margin. The photo is 30 minutes later so the ice has melted some. Very disappointing!

Service was quick today, despite other reviews. Biscuitville still has the best biscuits of any fast food places. It would have been nice to have two slices of country ham on it; next time I'll order an extra one. Dining area was fresh and clean. It's nice to see the biscuits being made as we walk in. Coffee has a good flavor.

I was a fan of the Cookies and Cream Latte, but I tried the Smores Latte today, and it was really good. It was a bit sweet, but overall, I would order it again. We also tried the Chicken and Waffle platter as well as the French toast strawberry cheesecake, and they were both so good!

Well #1 The Collinsville location has git to be the absolute worst Biscuitville around. ITSa Shame they closed the Martinsville location to end up only having the 1 Biscuitville in our town now witch SUCKS!! Anyway everytime I go to this Collinsville location I have NEVER gotten 1 order Correct...I can't believe they can't even put season on the fries and they were Not Busy. I called to again let them know my order was wrong as usual and the Thing hung up on me. I am beyond pissed that I can't even go to this so called new Biscuitville and get what I ordered correct for once....Why i ask did yall close the Martinsville store your losing business for sure cause I will never go back to the Collinsville location that's for dam...

Went in and placed my order with my son. We ordered different biscuit combos. We stood there talking to another customer for about 10 minutes. We noticed a young lady come in and started to make biscuits. I asked the young lady near the food if my food was about done because I was going to be late for work. She said we had to wait for bread. When I asked about how much longer she told me about 10 minutes. I was offered my money back but didn't have time to go anywhere else. I couldn't wait and had to get an English muffin instead. It was really tough. We should have been told when we made the order that there weren't any biscuits so that we could have ordered something else or went...
