I’ve spent 2 hours combined at the front desk trying to get them to straighten out my account. I wanted to be able to spray tan without tanning as they’re tanning beds give me hives. Three different employees all called the manager because they could not figure out my account the manager said he was going to take care of it each time after 30 to 45 minutes each time waiting they would say they put me on a different account and would send me back just for the next visit to be the same way. The last time the manager assured me he was going to call me With a resolution he never did this time they tried to do the same thing after 20 minutes I finally just signed a contract stating I would not come back. Read moreFirst of all to the owner,I was a member of this salon, regardless if it was a month ago or 10yrs ago, I had bad experiences, so why would I even want to come back!!! I kept getting message to rate places I have been, whatever the rank you are talking has nothing to do with what I rate anything! They barely opened on time, some days I had to wait 20mins because their employees could not get there on time and sometimes they were suppose to be open, the employee would be talking on the phone, looking out the window and ignoring the customers wanting to get in. I was tired of the ridiculous behavior so I stopped going here. I sent emails to the owner about the issues!! Secondly to the owner, I am being FAIR, just because others gave you 5 stars, doesn't mean I have to based on my experiences!!!!! Read moreMy daughter signed up for one month in Feb. 2022 to get a base tan before college spring break. They said that she could not sign up for just one month but had her sign a cancel form and they would take care of it after her one month. However, they charged her again in March 2022...I emailed them and she called them. They said there was nothing they could do and cannot find her cancelation form. They also said a lot of people are calling about this issue as they were charge again too. Lesson learned. Do not go here short term or at least get a copy of your cancelation form. Very bad customer service. She won’t be going back to this...
