Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Marysville

After paying for my order ($52.52) at the window I was given half my order and the worker said my card payment didn't go through. I handed back my card, which was ran again, got the other half of my order and headed home. I noticed at home the receipt I was given was for a completely different order and amount ($58.30). After checking my bank app I found that I was charged correctly for my order the first time and apparently also for the the customer behind me in the drive-thru the second time. I called the store and spoke to Alicia (said she was team lead) to see about refunding the incorrect second charge. She said she was not authorized to make any kind of refund. She suggested that I drive back and they would make and give me the items in the incorrect order or anything I would like to square the second charge so she could avoid me talking to the manager (who wasn't there) and receiving a complaint....my making a return trip through 30-40 minutes of traffic to be given $58.30 worth of items I never ordered is not "fixing" the problem. She then said I would have to call back 5 to 6 a.m. the next morning to speak with the manager if I really want a refund. I called back in the morning as instructed only to find no one will pick up the phone. So now I am forced to drive to the marysville store to try to be refunded only to be told the manager is not and will not be there. After trying to explain what happened for 10 minutes standing outside the store a worker called someone on a cell phone and took the receipt. After standing outside the store another 15 minutes at 7 a.m. I was finally refunded.....so after trying to be bribed not to speak to a manager who was nonexistent, an hour drive time, and standing outside almost half an hour to finally be refunded...Frustrated is saying...

Jumbo jack was stone cold and that was after a big argument with the little snot box at the drive thru. I’ve read comment after comment on rude employees. When are you going to do something? I am in my 70’s, retired military and the fight was over the 10% discount. It was no big deal, what was a huge deal was the argumentative little girl waiting on me. After the manager appeared, the girl was laughing, behind her. Nothing in 20 years has incited me to riot like she did. I told them at the speaker that I was military. Drove up to the window, she took my money and was ringing me up and I said “do you need to see my ID?” She replied “what ID?”. I said “my military ID”. She then told me (rudely) that I should have told her ahead of time. I told her that I did. She said “I wasn’t the one with the headset on. It is too late now” and she slammed the window. That’s when I lost it, had her get the manager. Manager said she didn’t know the employees name, manager said she was from another store. She said she was giving my $1.10 back, and thank you for your service. I told her I didn’t care about the $1.10, I cared about the girl being so condescending towards me. At that time, the girl was laughing and another employee (who wasn’t in my sight before) stated that the girl wasn’t rude. I told her she didn’t see her face. Whoever owns that store needs to train their employees on...

Tried this place twice in 2 weeks. Wont be going back. The firsr time i did a mobile order that i picked up in the drive thru. Got home and it was wrong. They looked like different burgers. I called the manager and was told they had switched our buns to sourdough because they were out of the buttery buns. Big difference. Especially since i hate sourdough. She told me that they were supposed to ask me first but they didnt. She offered to replace part of the order next time i came back. I agreed and sat down to eat what we were given. It was cold and dry. I thought maybe because i had stopped to call them they had sat too long... WRONG! When i went back the next week to get our replacement i also ordered enough for the rest of my family. I drove straight home. 5 minute drive. The food was like eating sawdust. It was so dry i could barely choke it down. I had even ordered extra sauce on my spicy chicken. It must have been an old patty. The burgers were just as bad. Very dissapointing because we dont get to eat here often and i was really excited for that first bite. If we ever eat jack in the box again it will NOT be at this place.
