Boost Mobile — Local services in Maryville

Stopped in spontaneously about 30 min before closing on a Friday and was instantly impressed even before the service started. As soon as I was approaching the door I saw the employee coming towards the door. That's service that I appreciate. Two employees greeted me and I could instantly see a vast difference in the overall store from all the other Boost stores I have been to (in Virginia and in other places in the county). It was clean, the employees were dressed nice, there was excellent music playing, and they were friendly and desiring to find a solution to my problem. They were helpful and kind and did find a solution for my phone and I was able to be on my way. I pass by this store almost every day but hadn't known it was there until I was stopped in traffic and had it on my mind to find a Boost store. Very glad to find out that this franchise owner has high standards for the store, employees - making it a great customer experience. I didn't catch the name of both employees who were there but one was Nathan. Sorry I didn't get the 2nd guy's name! He was doing a great job cleaning up for the night! Yesterday my LG stylo 4 had a burned out screen so needless to say it became a paperweight. I went into the Maryville store on 411 to see what i could do as far as boost up or account perks, etc.

As I walked into the store I was greeted by, whom I'll henceforth consider, the golden god of cellular sales and troubleshooting; an associate by the name of Tyler.

This young man not only worked my account to allow for an upgraded phone but also explained all options available to me keeping in mind customer satisfaction and the fact i was trying to be a penny pincher.

Within 30-45 minutes I was in and out the door with all issues and concerns addressed. Most of the time spent was dealing with a corporate associate via landline. Once that piece was handled Tyler had our end covered quickly and efficiently.

This young man deserves a very nice raise. It's only a matter of time before his talent and work ethic are recognized by an outside company.

Great place. Always helpful.very nice. I had a problem where one of the service representative on the 1800 number had lied to me about a phone upgrade because my old phone broke the pho rep told me that I could buy a cheap phone to have service until my old phone was fixed and it wouldn't count as an upgrade well the phone rep lied. But I called the local store and although I didn't receive my upgrade back they helped me reactivate the broken phone that was sent off and fixed and sent back to me for free. I have sent many people to this store to get phone service due to the fact that this store is a good with people and are awesome at it. If you live in blount county don't go to any other Boost store the Alcoa store is rude and very unprofessional. Boost in Maryville is the best...
