My daughter and her fiance were e there last night. 1-12-2024... They now have a severe case of food poisoning. I have been a restaurant manger for 30 YEARS so believe me I asked all the questions necessary before accusing. Both of them shared the same food and it was all they had eaten yesterday after both getting out of work. My daughter called the restaurant to inform them and ask the questions if anyone else has reported symptoms. The manger "Andy" we believe he said, told my daughter Oh "SWEETHEART" We are brand new and I can assure you you guys didn't get it from here. My daughter continued to tell him that it was the only food they ate yesterday and he had the audacity to tell her maybe she needed healthier eating habits and hung up!!!!!!! As a MOTHER and restaurant manger I picked the phone straight back up to first report to the health department and secondly call him back. To my , NO SURPRISE, Mr Manger is not answering the phone. Read moreYesterday I placed an order at the drive-thru. I asked for a side of hibachi and teriyaki sauce with my vegetables and rice. The guy working the drive thru said “It would be easier if I just gave you a teriyaki.” I said, “What do you mean?” He said “I can’t give you both, so it would just be easier if I gave you teriyaki.” I thought maybe he was trying to say that he couldn’t give me an additional one for free, so I responded “I will pay for the extra sauce, that’s fine. Not a problem at all.” He then told me “We don’t sell the extra sauce.” Again, I thought maybe he just wasn’t understanding…. So…. I said, “I don’t need a full size sauce; just a small ramekin.” Then he told me they don’t that. Since when does a restaurant not let you get any other sauces with your order? Read moreThe food is very good. The price is very nice. Some of the younger employees are not so pleasant in the customer service area. And kind of sarcastic and rude. This is my third time to this place and I'm actually using the drive-thru on this visit and Noah is my helpful customer service rep and was not rude so thank you Noah The other's in the group should be more like you! All I want to say to the younger other employees is if you don't like dealing with customers and you find it rude or annoying for somebody to ask a question then you should not be in this area of employment because not only does it affect the business that you're working for but that business will lose money because you are rude and sarcastic.
