Subway — Restaurant in Maryville

Things have really changed at this Subway and not for the better. Since my last review 5 years ago, a Bojangles, a Wendy's and a Chic Fila have surrounded this place, severely cutting into the business. The staff didn't seem to think so but maybe they are not supposed to say. It feels like it's going downhill. Know how you can tell? It's not clean. I was there at 11 am and every table was dirty. The glass enclosure over the food was smudged. The floor had not been swept or mopped. One of the staff was picking up trash in the parking lot. Now, I'm not saying that shouldn't be done, but 30 minutes before the lunch crowd comes in, don't you think you should be cleaning the tables? The windows had not been cleaned in so long their was a film over them. And they are huge windows so it was more than obvious. Subway on W. Broadway, if you want to compete with those other restaurants, you've got to get out the cleaning supplies. And use...

This is the worst subway ( the one on west broadway in Maryville) I have EVER been too!! I wouldn’t even rate it one star!! I had to order thru the drive thru at 8:20pm. They close at 9pm . But the guy that took my order tonight (4/30/22) was so rude and very unprofessional! He was fussing at me through the drive through speaker! He talked over me when I was trying to tell him how I wanted my 2 foot long subs. Plus when I got home, I didn’t get some of the toppings that were supposed to be on both of the foot long subs . there was hardly any steak on it. Both subs were mostly bread. I will never go to this location again!!! Very poor service ! Next time I will only go to the subway in Walmart ( 411) . Where The workers there are more pleasant professional!! Owner of this Subway is absolutely insane!!! Every time I go, different staff. They all complain about pay!!! Maybe subway needs to stop paying retarded football players and pay the staff!!! Owner don’t care!!! Leaves the staff overwhelmed with no product. They had no Italian herbs and cheese bread And no multigrain bread prepared.
