CBD Plus USA — Local services in Maryville

We love this store and i do recommend but had a bit of a problem today We asked for 1g of oreo Supreme and 1g of Gelato. While she was weighing it out she asked us if we wanted the shake that was left in the jar and we said yes. The shake ended up weighing more than what we were asking for so we asked for just the 1g we originally requested. Well, we ended up getting the shake and only 1 tiny micro nug. There were still nugs left in the jar, and we were given shake. When she asked if we wanted the little bit of shake left in the jar, we were under the impression it was a small amount. It was not. The shake would have added an additional 1.5g on top of the 1g we wanted. After weighing out the remainder of the jar and the shake, it was gonna be close to 3g of Gelato that I could not afford at that moment. when returning the weight back to 1g, she stuck me with 80% shake and 1 micro nug when there were buds still in the jar. If it was a small amount, we wouldn't have complained, but I have mostly shake, not bud and paid...

I have used this store in the past many many for gummies for sleep and relaxation and for presents for friends. Today was a whole other wonderful experience with Zion. Zion was courteous, professional, and just amazing. Zion answered all my questions and was just the BEST! I called her 3/4 times to gather information - she is smart and has a ton of personality and is so welcoming and wanting to help! We went in to get some "samples" she and I discussed and a few hours later we returned to purchase! Zion absolutely KNOWS what she is talking about - the cold cream she suggested relieved my pain within 1 hour that I had been up all night fighting with! Thank you Zion you are awesome!! The CBD plus USA seemed to be a decent place to do business. I bought some oil here at the Maryville store, that I had previously bought at the store in oak ridge, but there seems to be a huge difference in the flavor and how well the oil works. I bought the same brand and same flavor and same MG of CBD oil, but there is a massive difference between the bottle I bought from the oak ridge store. I was very disappointed. I gave 3 stars, because the store is laid out like it should be and the workers seemed knowledgeable. Maybe these stores get a bad bottle one in a while. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt. But doesn't change the fact that I paid $54 for something useless.

I returned to the store to give them another chance. I purchased 2 tubes of the pre rolled CBD hemp flower. Come to find out one tube was empty.... I called them and they just want to give me the run around it sounds like. So I am done with them. If you shop here check your product before you leave... Or just...
