
Non-existent customer service. Lost a brand new customer in 2.5 seconds.
Update per business request: Coming highly recommended from the community, I visited Savvy to have a rhinestone pattern applied to a t-shirt via heat press. I was told "no" since the t-shirts were purchased and tie-dyed elsewhere. I asked if I could pay an additional fee, I was told "no". The fee could have been equal to that of the cost to purchase a t-shirt, but the option wasn't offered. "No" was her go-to word. It wasn't until I turned to leave that she offered to "speak with someone" to see if she could help. I stated that was no longer necessary. Personalized assistance was not offered - not a single alternative or explorative question. It took a potential customer turning to leave before her CS skills kicked in. She definitely was not wecloming
Suggestion? Turn a "no" into an opportunity. Can't provide the service requested? Try this "unfortunately our policy won't let me apply that for you on that particular shirt; but, can I show you some similar colors or clothing that we can apply it to". Or, if there was a possibility to provide this service something like "normally we do not provide this service but let me check in with so and so...
Read moreHello, just want to leave a brief statment about my experience with Savvy Crafters. I can honestly say the people that work here are courteous, understanding and put the needs of there customers first.
Now with that out of the way, the quality and craftsmanship is superb. I came to them with a need that I wrestled with on my own for a couple of weeks. Trying to order a custom decal for my car online proved to be quite the task. I had a specific way that I wanted it and every avenue I went down either the color didnt match the dimensions or it was just off entirely. Well I gave up, to one day I google decals near me and Savvy popped up. I went up there I explained to them what I wanted, they even came out to my car and and measured and took all the specs down. They matched the color of the paint and listened to everything I envisioned.
Two days later it was complete. I was shocked, they were even more excited with the final results then I was. I must say that made me feel amazing. I know this was long winded but these two employees deserve what ever raise there is to give. From there customer service to the extraordinary work! I am so Happy I stopped in at Savvy ♥️

Read moreI’ve been using Savvy Crafters for almost a year now. They have been my go to for DTF prints because of their great work and turnaround. I sent over an image for DTF last week, but was not informed they were removing the background from my image for an additional cost. Then when I picked up my image some of my image was removed. I was irritated for 1 I wasn’t aware of the additional service they did and 2 I didn’t have time to drive back to Newnan to get the part that was left off. I emailed them immediately and Austin began to respond with a solution that fixed everything. I am grateful they offer a remove background option because I didn’t realize I uploaded the image with one, and also they were able to ship the rest of my image in a timely manner.
