The young son was awesome. Great customer service. He even came and sprayed my room when I saw 3 little roaches. He saw one and moved me to another room. Next door. Well that’s where I made my mistake. I should have stayed with the baby roaches. He moved me next door and that’s where baby roaches parents were. Immediately was standing on top of the table and killed 3 big roaches (dead one on the table, two on wall). Ok. Well the kid was so nice that it’s fine. I just needed a shower and sleep. Well I got a shower (one towel) but no sleep. I went to lay down and here comes a big roach crawling fast across my chest. Now I feel like they’re crawling all on me. I was mad. So I go to the front where they call me a liar. They tell me they can’t give my money back bc I paid a discount $55. No I got a discount at $64. It says u paid $55. Told me I was lying. Then the young kid came out. My friend had all my money so he takes my money and pays for the room. They insist it was his money, that I’m a liar and they can’t help me. Momma said something and of course wouldn’t repeat it. I never write reviews. Well they were so rude to me. I don’t work in customer service for a few reasons... I don’t like being around a lot of people and I’m not super friendly. I learned a long time ago that customers are always right. Not if ur Indian. They’re right. But I don’t care how much I paid, discount or not, I paid for a room. I literally have been wanting a room for months bc I have been staying in the two nastiest houses I have ever been in. I was so excited. I paid for a caca roach filled expensive nice hotel room. And couldn’t even give me any kind of compensation or a sorry. Nothing. Not even the free breakfast. The coffee was from the night before. I saw at least 4 people in the front desk. One towel in a double bed room. As for the roaches...”were fixing it today.” Well that doesn’t help me any. So is it worth $55 or $64? Only if it’s freezing outside or desert weather. Otherwise u will leave feeling like roaches crawling all over and tired. The pics below are of the second room. Most were dead but the biggest ones weren’t and crawling on me. I would never come here again and I will tell everyone not...
Read moreMy experience at this hotel was incredibly frustrating from the moment I arrived. Before I even entered my room, a group of men had backed a car onto the patio outside to change a tire—hardly the welcoming environment I expected. When I expressed concern, I was told the hotel was fully booked, but a staff member would check with the group. That issue alone made me want to change rooms. Things only got worse. On Saturday night, I returned at 11 PM to find another woman in my room. The front desk claimed I had requested a refund and cancelled my room—something I absolutely never did. Even worse, the explanation given was that someone (allegedly my friend) came in, gave the front desk my room number and was handed a key. That’s impossible since I was still holding the only key issued to me at check-in. Due to this absurd mishap, I had no choice but to leave the hotel late at night. My friend, who had driven in from South Carolina, had to make a miserable 6.5-hour trip home due to severe car sickness—an exhausting and unnecessary ordeal. While the room itself was not great, it was tolerable. What truly made this stay unacceptable was the complete breakdown in management and customer service. Based on this experience, I will never return and strongly advise others to think twice...
Read moreWhere do I begin with this property? The roach's, the literal garbage picked furniture, or the dirty towels? Coming from a hotel background I tend not to judge a motel on the same level but as a human being there are some things that should just not be. Didn't meet the staff so I wont judge them but I will say their 2 Teslas sitting out front did indicate to me where their priority's lay and it's not in their product. If they would of just taken a small part of the money they spent on those cars and spent it on the roach problem I could of overlooked the broken furniture and pissed on walls. But in all seriousness do they not know that bleach exist? Its a staple in all hotels to keeping the towels white and also for cleaning. And don't get me started on the cleaning lady that pissed herself while cleaning. How does this even happen when there are bathrooms in EACH ROOM your cleaning? The city of Maryville should be ashamed that this motel is even doing business in their beautiful town. PLEASE don't give these people your money. Stay ANYWHERE else! Complete and udder trash for the rates they ask for. And please note I only stayed here because it was an emergency and close to where I needed to be....
