Sunrise China — Restaurant in Maryville

If I could give this place a negative star, I would. We placed an order to go for 3 meals. Meal #1 was missing it's fried rice and meal #3 I requested that vegetables be added and to make sure that there were a lot of them. I was willing to pay extra for them. After a 30 min. drive home we discovered the missing rice and that the 3rd meal not only didn't have extra vegetables but didn't have ANY vegetables. So we tried calling the restaurant and the woman who answered was rude and nasty and said we received our orders the way they are supposed to be. I said so you mean it doesn't matter how I ordered it you will just give it to me the way YOU want. Right? Then she hung up. The food was was absolutely aweful on top of having to deal with rude workers. I will never go back and recommend that everyone else find some decent chinese...

Went here for lunch today. Very small store location in a strip mall. No lines to wait. My order was taken right away and started in the back cooking. They are only offering carry out right now in observance of social distancing. I got the chicken lo mein with extra chicken. The container looked small. But it is packed with food. Really packed. The food was good. Especially for fast food and fresh cooked. They also gave a fortune cookie and I was able to get as much sauce as I wanted. The sauces like soy, duck and mustard are all in a box at the counter. They gave 2 small napkins. So, if you are a messy eater like me you may need to ask for extra napkins. Do not eat here! We ordered take out last night for me, my wife, and three kids. After finishing our meal, my wife goes to wrap up her little bag those chips you put in soup. There was a bug jammed in the corner of the inside of the bag. Unfortunely we didn't notice this until we were all finished eating, and preceded to throw the rest away. It appeared to be a baby cockroach, and where's there's one, there are hundreds more. Very angering that my children may have eaten bugs. Now that I look, there are other reviews on google in regards to bugs. This place is not...
