Awful experience. We’ll never be returning here with ANY sort of business for anything. We didn’t get the gal’s name whom was supposed to be “taking care of” us, but we came in with piece of jewelry we’ve had that’s broken or was missing pieces - mind you all of what we brought was either gold or silver and we had some pieces with pearls - to get scrap gold/silver/etc. price & was greeted by a lady with a bad attitude who must’ve thought we were no good folk or something because my husband told her what we were trying to do & she immediately said they didn’t do anything with pearls and refused to even LOOK at the gold and silver we had, with her sour puss, holier than thou, attitude. I’m not sure why it is that they have the signs they do posted and hanging EVERYWHERE that say “WE BUY GOLD/SILVER!” whenever this is the service we were treated with. They need to take down their signs and replace them with ones that say, “WE PROFILE OUR POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS!! I was treated very kindly, and professionally by the lady at the desk. Even though it was at the end of the day. I bought some silver bullion, She thanked me for my purchase, and asked if this was my first time buying from them. She told me to visit again as they always have a changing stock on bullion. Nicest people ever. I am autistic and came there to sell something. The woman was extremely kind and answered all my questions. Most people can get annoyed with the amount of questions I have but she was extremely patient. I never even had to explain I was autistic or say I was sorry.
