4/27/24 9:30am. The kid working the drivethru was only taking orders from one lane, this location has 2, so I watched 4 people go thru the outer lane, and 0 thru the inner lane. So I gave up on the drive-thru since I was in the inner lane. I went inside and there was noone working the counter, so me and the other customer waiting inside finally gave up completely and left. I've had negative experiences everytime I've came to this location, and apparently the majority of people agree since this location consistently receives negative reviews and is the lowest scoring Bojangles in our area based on Google reviews. And anyone who does leave a negative Google review receives the same generic reply from the "owner" telling you to email your complaints somewhere else, instead of addressing the issue themselves. Read moreWe waited at the drivethrough for 10 minutes. There were 2 cars in front of us, both of which were at separate ordering drive ups. There was a long wait until one car moved to pay/pick up their order. The next car eventually got fed up and left. We sat there for a few more minutes and nobody asked if they could take our order. Not a word even though we said hello a bunch of times. We drove round to the window and asked if they were open. The guy said he was helping someone else in the drivethrough but there was nobody else there after everyone in front of us left. There were no customers in the store. We ordered and had to wait another 10 minutes for our chicken. We got the chicken and drove home. The bottom of the box had fallen out because of how much grease had come out of the chicken. I drive up to the drive thru today and I’m on the phone with a friend. There was only one car ahead of me. I waited about 4 minutes with no greeting, no “I’ll be right with you”, nada. So I continue with my conversation on my phone and I say “Is anyone working? They always have the slowest service but I love their food”. As I’m finishing my sentence, a woman comes on the speaker and says “If you do not like our service, feel free to go somewhere else”. WHAT?! I work in the food service industry and I would NEVER have the audacity to say this to someone.
