I am not one to write negative reviews online considering I work for a company that is guest focused and I know how they can effect the success of a business but I truly feel it is necessary this time around. I decided to invest in lash extensions after wearing strip lashes for close to two years, I made sure to do my research and find an amazing place with little to no negative reviews I thought that this was the place for me. I got my first set on July 29th which was a hybrid set, upon leaving I noticed that my right eye was fuller than my left eye, which they let me know that with a hybrid set one of your eyes may have more natural lashes than the other and that is why it looks different. Ok, I said to myself that I would see how they looked in the next few days. The salon reached out to me to see how I felt about the set I got and offered to add some more lashes for free which I accepted and went back for more. At this point I still was not happy with the way my eyes looked and the amount of lashes falling out on a daily basis. I gave them a second chance (stupid me) and went back to get a fill in less than two weeks later on Aug 12th this time it was a volume fill. The lashes were absolutely gorgeous!!! I got many compliments, less than one week later half of them have fallen out once again in chunks. In less than a month I have spent $312 on lashes that are consistently falling out. This company blames me and says that i’m not caring for my lashes properly and that my skin is “too oily.” Extremely...

Um, wow. I don’t think I’ve ever experienced a level of service like this. I was lucky enough to be serviced by Korie. I’ve had my lashes done yat another place before and was super unhappy.

Before my appointment she made sure to PERSONALLY call me on the phone and asked questions about my last service and what I would like to change.

Aesthetically, the place is SUPER clean, it smells amazing, and is decorated so cute!!

Customer service wise, they go above and beyond! I had to be rescheduled due to a storm, and they got me in asap and even took me the next day very late to accommodate.

Even though I was the last and only appointment she did not rush AT ALL. She was SO precise and took her sweet time with every little detail. Korie was so friendly and inviting, and never once made me feel like she was just trying to be done with work. I appreciated that.

You can tell she truly cares about her clients and her work because of her attention to detail. She doesn’t miss a beat.

The lash lift and tint looks absolutely amazing!! They go straight up (unlike my last service elsewhere where they were such tight curls) and make me look so awake.

I’ve been a huge fan of Anett since before she blessed me with a beautiful lash set. Actually, she’s the reason why I transitioned from a hairstylist to a lash artist! Even after moving back home, Anett has always been there for me if I had any questions about the lash process or the business behind it.

After some time in the lash industry, I felt it was time to level up and offer brow services. Who better to learn from besides the brow Queen herself?! For a while I toyed with the idea of taking the group one day training but opted for the private 1:1 training and I’m SO glad I did! Anett walked me through the entire process from consultation to aftercare and literally everything in between. Equipped with her detailed notes and products needed to perform the services, I felt extremely comfortable and excited to introduce my clients to a whole new experience! Anett even took my vegan lifestyle into consideration by packing healthy snacks and providing a great lunch!
