The food is good but because of the workers honestly I dont know if I will return or I cant even give a better rating. The service turns you off 2 of the most rudest guys were working there on Sunday 6/22. The service with them was god awful and it was twisting there arm to do any work or correct an order they even made. Terrible Terrible service and you cant enjoy your meal with bad service. Your delivery driver/guy behind the register parked right next to us. I'm sorry you are taking it personal but how is it if you ask yum that looks good on the menu what is it? Speaking harsh? The register guy did not know not one answer to help us, then asked the other guy and the guy said go to page 2 you can get it with chicken and that's what we ordered and register guy still got it wrong? and then said you didnt say chicken but we only inquired about it? How is that harsh? How is it harsh when I saw the oil and vinegar and it didnt look right and I said this is not oil and vinegar as the oil looked creamy on top, he said oh yes it is, thats harsh from your workers not even to fix the situation and say yes it doesnt look right let me get you another one and see. Im sorry again you are taking it personal but customer service is key I still said your food was well and i did not complain about the pricing as others I see on the reviews did both of that. I’ve gotten both take out and delivery from here. Food is amazing with a lot of different options. Atmosphere is nothing special but very clean and well taken care of.

However, they have constantly dropped the ball on their deliveries over and over again the past 4 times I’ve ordered. On too occasions they’ve forgotten the drinks which were printed on the bag and receipt, and one time the driver got snappy at my partner about it.

On another occasion they have just left the food outside my apartment to on a super cold day without ringing the door bell or calling, maybe they rang the wrong one?

Most recently they delivered the food to the wrong address (correct address on the e-receipt I got and on the ticket) and when I called after speaking with the driver, the restaurant indicated it was perhaps my fault and to check my neighbors door steps (why would you just leave food out without knocking or ringing a doorbell either way) even though I had told them that the driver literally told me he gave it to someone who wasn’t me or my apartment.

I was nervous after I had already ordered & then later decided to read some reviews & saw comments of the food not being substantial as I ordered a breakfast sandwich (with no meat which can be small to begin with), however they must have seen that criticism & improved on it because that was not my experience at all! Egg was plenty, fluffy, and cooked to perfection, cheese in every bite, the croissant was fantastic, the perfect amount of everything in the sandwich. & because I am a Gavone, also ordered disco fries. The. Fries. Are. Incredible. I can’t wait to try other things on the menu like their lunch sandwiches!

My only wish (for their doordash/app menu) would be to add options underneath since they don’t allow comments or “special requests”. I had wanted to order a coffee, but there were no customizations I.e milk & sugar.. & ended up not getting one since I’m not a fan of black coffee. The food did come with a little card mentioning about ordering direct to save, which I will do next time since Doordash fees are hefty I’m sure to the business not only the consumer
