When thinking about updating or renovating your kitchen, look no further than Hometown Kitchen and Bath! My wife and I were thinking about refinishing our cabinets and had a few estimates. Boy was it expensive! On top of that, we really didn’t care for our floor plan/layout and needed direction. We looked online for cabinet stores and Hometown was one of five results. We stopped in 3 before going to Hometown and was expecting the same care-free and pushy attitude with what “they” thought we needed. Boy, were we pleasantly surprised! From the minute we met Shawn, he listened to what we needed, what we wanted and what our concerns were. With no appointment, we thought we were just going to get information. Shawn gave us the info we wanted, showed us the different cabinet lines they carry, all options and then took over an hour to draw up different floor plans to see how they would look in our space. He gave us a few estimates and wasn’t pushy for a sale. He even told us to think about it. What a difference to work with a professional! We went back to him quite a few times to discuss options and designs. No pressure, no problems! All calls and emails were answered quickly. We ordered our cabinets and the turnaround was fast. Shawn took care of every detail. After delivery, I realized we made a mistake and had glass put in the wrong cabinet door. Problem? Not with Hometown! Shawn made a call and had the doors remade and delivered before install. That is service and for that we are grateful. Shawn even recommended a contractor that put others to shame! When we moved to NJ, we found the perfect house for our family but it didn’t have the perfect kitchen. We shopped around since we moved in for someone to design our kitchen, get cabinets, countertops, etc while staying within our budget. We met Shawn from Hometown Kitchen & Bath and he was incredible, making each step of the way easy for us. He gave us a unique design that we hadn’t even thought of, with the T shaped island and worked so hard to make sure we were happy throughout the entire process. Shawn was available to us the entire time, even when I know we had to be annoying lol. He always went out of his way for us, including hand delivering a cabinet piece we added on towards the end and even meeting our installer when our cabinets were delivered to our home to ensure everything was to our expectations.
