An amazing experience from start to finish. As someone who has done forms of holistic healing, reiki, and sound baths over the past few years, I can honestly say this has been one of the most powerful sessions I had ever experienced. I'll go as far to say, that I truly belive this reiki session may have been the most calm I have ever felt in my life (ever). If you find yourself at a space in life where you want to further your healing journey, this is an amazing place to start. Catherine is warm and inviting, with a calm, healing, energy that truly cares about your progress. I left feeling extremely calm, and more grounded. Be prepared for some emotions to possibly arise, as you navigate through your thoughts and deep rooted traumas. If I can give Catherine more than 5 stars, I would! Catherine, the owner of Inner Light Pathways, is such a patient, welcoming, kind soul. I've been attending either her Kundalini or Yoga Flow since the summer. I used to practice Kundalini for years and after surgery and a health diagnosis, I haven't been back. When I attended Catherine's class, I didn't feel any judgement. I felt like she supported me in every way and offered adjustments for each position so I can go at my own pace. Catherine's presence is so calm and peaceful which I enjoy so much as she guides the practice. She has lots of different class options and times during the week as my schedule changes often. After years of practicing yoga with different teachers, I can honestly say I have finally found the best. Catherine’s classes are special…not just generic yoga classes with poses and movement, they are so much more. Catherine creates a special ambiance by enriching her classes with beautiful music, incense, candles, positive affirmations, sound bowls, & of course, her radiant & lovely disposition!
