They are very nice facilities and theyâre very clean. The staff is a little abrasive. Iâm very hesitant about doing a review off one or even two experiences I like going to places several times to see what the average feel is.
Unfortunately, because the staff has been a little bit abrasive, weâve decided that we are going to go to a more friendly place.
This is a bad review, itâs an honest one like all of my others so I donât want people to get the bad impression that this is not a good safe, clean place to go because it is.
As a very hard-working Man, I only take on monthly liabilities from places that make me feel warm and fuzzy, and make me not regret one percent signing up for the commitment!
After several conversations in the way, I didnât feel that my message was getting across to a few people that truly at their core were not paying attention or putting value to repeat business as employees and thatâs a problem !
Itâs only a problem that some people recognize it cannot be repaired, and people have permanently steered away from doing business with the entities that they work for!
As I know, being a small business owner, myself employees will make a business and at the end of the day you canât expect them to care as much as the people who are in charge and understand that whatâs good for the goose is good for the gander !
It might be a small amount of a monthly membership fee in general terms, but that money comes out of my bank account every month like clockwork, almost down to the exact time every month !
So thatâs my part and I do my part but when I show up and not just get friendly smiles, I get an attitude almost as if theyâre doing something special for me. I have a big problem with that!
The fact that Iâm writing this review and giving the owners who Iâm sure I have not had the privilege of interacting with a chance to really identify what maybe not just my experiences, but other patrons, and if it doesnât change, then this business will suffer irreparable damage!
Great facilityâs just donât even expect anywhere close to the customer service of...
Read moreIâm a London 2012 Paralympic Games Champion from Ukraine đșđŠ and in my whole carrier, I have never been asked to leave the pool after 15 minutes of swim. I've been swimming in hundreds of pools in the world and that never happened to me before.
I reserved a shared lane spot for 9:30 today(in the outdoor pool) I came to the pool a bit late âŠI was rushing to bring all of my equipment to the lane to start my practice. There was no spot for me. Someone took my spot. I asked one of 3 lifeguards if I should wait till 10 am to start my practice or I should jump in the single lane. They asked me to wait to find out who took my spot ⊠it was already 9:44⊠when they finally found out it was one lady who didnât finish her swimming at 9:30 and she decided to swim until she would be stoped⊠finally I started my practice. Other two swimmers were still practicing too. At 10:05 (15 minutes of my swim) one of the lifeguards came to me and I was asked to leave the pool because my time was out. All other swimmers where still in the pool and they were not asked to leave. I noticed that I was the only one they would ask soâŠthey heard my Ukrainian accent and saw my Ukrainian swimming team swim cap. I believe that it was easier for them to remove the foreign person for their next visitor who was waiting for her spot. No other swimmers were asked who were already in the pool when I came. I found out in the locker room that the another lady from my lane was also practicing more time than it was allowed but they never asked her to leave. I feel mistreated. I was very upset because I knew why I was the only one who would have to leave the pool⊠all lifeguards there saw me waiting for my spot and they knew I was there practicing for only a...
Read moreMy issue with this Y is not related to their services, equipment, or even their facilities. If I were rating these, I'd give them 4 or 5 stars. My issue is with the constant confusion and problems we've had with setting up and managing accounts. For these, they deserve a definitive 1 star in my book. First, I added myself to my wife's account, but they screwed up the payments and it took them over a month to figure out that I was a member (though they were taking money for my addition). I had to remove myself from the account and restart it ... IN PERSON. Next, I find it crazy that you cannot make ANY changes to the account over the phone. Imagine if you had to drive to the local cell phone or TV service office every time you wanted to make a change. This is the 21st century; yet this (and maybe other) place requires you drive there in person. I recently requested to restart my account (which you really can't do, you have to start a WHOLE NEW one) and to add my daugther who already was a member. Then things got crazy. They showed me as the primary person, but they started withdrawing money from HER bank account (an unauthorized amount). But of course SHE couldn't go down there and fix it. Even taking a VOID'ed check from me (with my name on it), Siskey REFUSED to accept it to withdraw the money. I haven't been in a month now, and I have to personally drive there (about a 20 minute drive) to close the account. They wouldn't even remove my daughter from the account AT HER REQUEST! That is just insane, and I will make sure someone in management there knows of this. They need to update their policies to 21st century business practice, and get out of the 19th century. Needless, I won't be restarting my...
