I was optimistic about this place but after trying it, am so disappointed that it has new ownership and is nothing like the previous shop! The interior is modern, but lacks the cozy vibe that Dilworth had. The most upsetting part was the sticker shock of ordering a tiny piece of quiche only to realize it was almost $9– tasted good but that price is insane!! Before leaving a review I wanted to also try coffee— so I ordered a latte, and again faced the insanity of overcharging— oat milk costs an additional $1.35– $8 for a latte with no flavoring/syrup. The coffee wasn’t bad but wasn’t great by any means— espresso tasted burnt. The barista was nice but there’s obviously poor management going on as it’s Veterans Day and witnessed a vet come in for a free drip coffee (as posted on Instagram) and was told that the store wasn’t offering it. Truly above and beyond service and quality! I needed some coffee for a group I was hosting and I called and talked to Liam about the order. I don't mean just great service but, Liam went above and beyond by taking time to offer solutions to accommodate a special request and took great care to make my order the best possible!

The coffee itself (Peruvian sunset) was a massive hit with everyone in the group commenting how much they liked it! Even some members who couldn't make it that night had asked about it.

This was my first time at any Coffee Republic. They made a significant improvement to the interior. This space used to be Dilworth Coffee. It feels more open now. The French toast muffin was delicious! The iced caramel latte was pretty good. My bar on coffee/caramel lattes will always be Not Just Coffee. The service was excellent when I was there. They only had one barista working, and it was pretty busy. She did a fantastic job managing all of the customers. They probably need two baristas on staff for the morning.
