I visited this store to buy açaí. There were no price tags on the larger containers, so I politely asked a store employee to add them instead of saying them verbally, explaining that it’s difficult for me to remember the prices of all the products without price tags.
I asked about the missing tags, but instead of helping, the employee walked away and started doing other things. When I came back and asked how long I would have to wait, the employee told me they wouldn’t do it, that they were busy, and could only repeat the price to me. When I asked again, the employee insulted me in front of other people, saying I was “illiterate” and that if I had finished my education, I wouldn’t have these problems.
At the end, I was also discriminated against and got service refusal (selling products). I left the store with nothing feeling disrespected and very disappointed. I do not recommend this place because of the unprofessional and discriminatory behavior of the staff.
