I want to share my excellent experience working with Graves, because they just delivered my table back. First, it looks amazing! Plus, they were so wonderful to work with throughout the entire process. The woman in the office was very communicative with my call, sending me an estimate and setting up dates for pickup and delivery. And the team was so accommodating, allowing me to come see my table once stripped and choose a stain color. The gentlemen who picked up and delivered were so kind and respectful of me and my furniture. They showed up exactly when they said they would and were so careful with the entire process of disassembly, moving and reassembly.

I have to say that I am thrilled with the entire experience! Wish I could give 10 stars!!! Graves has earned my highest recommendation!

Note: If you are considering hiring them, do it. I reached out to three companies for this project and Graves came in right in the middle on cost, but I feel like I got top shelf service!

My neighbor had used them to restore her entire dining set, which was done so well that I asked who had done the work. So she referred Graves to me. I am so thankful she did. It’s rare to find people who do what they say, and actually care to give their best. Such a pleasure to work with...

If I could give less than 1 star I would. I dropped 8 dining chairs at Graves for reupholstery the first of February. I was told they would be ready in 2-3 weeks. After 4 weeks, I gave them a call. No one answered, and I left a message. I left messages for the next 4 weeks with no returned call. Finally, I left a message that I would be coming out the next day to check on my chairs. I got a call back the next day. I was told it would be another 2 weeks before they would be ready. Then, 3 days before I was supposed to pick them up I was called and asked if I wanted them to replace the foam cushions. It had been 8 weeks, and they had not started my chairs. When I asked what the total would be, they had changed their original quote to 3 times what I had been told. They were not honoring the price quoted to me and had left my chairs sitting for 2 moths. Needless to say, I am picking them up this week and taking them somewhere else. I would not recommend...

I sent my dining room table in to have the surface refinished to get rid of water stains. I heard nothing from them and they didn’t return my phone calls. My table sat for 4 weeks before I talked to anyone. I found out my table had been sitting there untouched because its paperwork was separated from the table. I confirmed it was my table and what I wanted done. Then I get a call that the table was stripped before pictures were taken. They had no idea what kind of finish was required. A technician came by to look at the chairs for reference of color and finish. The table and chairs did not match and told him NOT to match the chairs. Guess what? The table closely matches the chairs. During this 7 week fiasco I made about 5 calls with only one being returned. If anything could go wrong it did. Very unhappy with service and will get no...
