Update: 4 months since claiming they will pass on the information to the “appropriate parties,” nothing has changed.
Bought a 4500$ couch with electric recliners and usb chargers, this Piece of luxury furniture has worked a total of 6 weeks out of the 10 months we’ve owned it. First the right side recliner stopped working properly. We called, they came and ordered new parts. 2 weeks later the wrong part arrived, then after another 2 weeks the right part came and they fixed it. Then things went down hill a couple days after that when the left side recliner started experiencing the same problems. Once again they came and this time they said it was our fault and refused to cover repairs. Despite it being the exact same issue that was previously covered by their in house warranty. Also... the usb charger completely fell apart, we were politely told that was also not their problem. Frankly cheap quality sold expensive, and not backed up by them. I ordered my mattress and platform on Black Friday, which meant a high volume time, pushing delivery further out than usual. When I checked on delivery, I was told it would be delivered later than when I needed it. After explaining my circumstances, the lady I spoke with arranged to have it delivered on a day they normally don't deliver and I actually got it two days before that.
The delivery men who brought our platform and mattress were very professional. They had the old stuff out and the new set up in under an hour. And I found out Slumberland donates all old mattresses in good condition to those in need of one. All in all I am very glad I...
