Update: I read the paperwork. None of it says you only deliver 1 day a week. None of that was explained to me in person. It’s highly unreasonable & inequitable not to have multiple day delivery and weekend delivery available for working customers. If you only have one day a week, then you should be delivering after regular business hours so working customers can be home & available. We were also out of town for 2 delivery dates.

Great quality furniture but hugely inequitable delivery service. They only deliver to Greenville one day a week and it’s a weekday. You’re given a 3 hour timeframe which means depending on the slot you have to take a whole or half day off of work. Maybe this brand is not made for people who work. I cannot afford to purchase the furniture AND take a whole or half day off of work to have it delivered. They suggested having a neighbor sign for it. Idk would you let just anyone sign for that expensive of a piece of furniture that supposed to be checked over for flaws before the delivery guys leave? Cassandra Potts went above and beyond assisting me with the purchase of a Quick Ship Bennett sectional sofa for my living room!
