I purchased over $200 worth of product in one day at this store. As I was unpacking my things I realized that 2 things were broken. When I brought them back to the store they refused to accept my return. Might I add, both things broken were in a sealed container that had been unopened. I was humiliated at the counter. The cashier was training someone and even the woman being trained was asking her why she wouldn’t accept my return because it obviously wasn’t my fault. What I was returning added up to $13.00 compared to the $200 I spent. I should have checked my merchandise better before leaving the store but I also didn’t think they would have broken merchandise on the shelf. When I left, I checked the companies return policy and it never states anything about not accepting certain returns. When I called to speak to a manager just to double check the return policy the girl said “Yeah that was me that wouldn’t take it. Let me grab another manager to explain it to you.” And then when I spoke with the other manager he said it was up to their discretion to accept the return or not. So the cashier simply just did not want to accept my return. I will never return to this store after...

Purchased 2 new comforters. The care instructions said not to dry clean but wash in a machine and tumble dry low- we followed their instructions and the batting inside got all shrunk and matted. At Home refused to return even for store credit. Cindi, at the register, called her manager right in front of me and told the manager “the customer thinks they shrunk but I’m not really seeing it, just a little wrinkled.” As a result of this comment the manager declined (over the phone) to return. I asked if the manager could come look at it and as told no she had gone home for the day. I asked if they could call the manager (Connie, I was told) and was told no, that wasn’t allowed.
When you tried to get the “wrinkles” out by hand you can feel the batting ripping apart inside the comforter.
Won’t be shopping here again. At this point considering bringing back the entire $1,000 of inventory we had purchased when outfitting one of our short...
Read moreThe store itself is nice at this present time is very very messy you would think,things you find that are on clearance and been cracked or chipped you still don't get a discount I don't understand that one and return policy I brought a picture and had the old logo on it and I didn't have the receipt return policy was a big hassle I took my picture back kindly & Shop throughout the store just to find the exact same picture with the same SKU number the same logotook it back to the manager because the cashier was very rude Donna.. for her to be an older woman she wants would have understood you would check in the register before you tell somebody know we don't carry that no longer that, bad experience didn't stop me from shopping and I even brought more , wouldn't be my luck I got her again she was a very nasty unprofessional sales clerk that needs retraining in customer service..
