I’m a repeat customer because of price vs amp hours, quality and local warranty for solar storage, but this time I was lucky enough to show up when Hector opened just before 8am just to let me in. Turned out he was not the store manager but I’m sure he will soon be, based on courtesy, knowledge and help loading 100 lb batteries into my car as soon as he saw I was handicapped, even though he was in pain himself, he would not let me help him. I ordered online a generator starter battery trusting Batteries Plus selection. The new battery was taller and would not fit. The store attendant sent for a next day delivery replacement and that one had the same problem. Then the attendant went to the store shelve and found an exact replacement that was always sitting there. Its disappointing having to make two trips to the store for a shelve item when a knowledgeable attendant could have got it right...
